This role supports children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem. You will need to be resilient and dedicated, but the positive impact you achieve will be rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Help pupils achieve personal progress and build self-esteem.
  • Be part of a supportive team including in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.

About the School

Opening in Spring 2026, Felden Hall School is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art school for up to 115 pupils. The school provides education for pupils aged 5 - 16 and serves Hemel Hempstead and the wider community, with a focus on outstanding educational experience and individual pupil progress.
