D&T Teacher (Food Tech) – Location: Near Bangor. Job Type: Long-term until the end of the academic year. Salary: Dependent on experience. We are seeking a dedicated D&T Teacher specialising in Food Technology to join a Secondary School, a long-term position until the end of the academic year. This role involves teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, providing them with an engaging and comprehensive understanding of Food Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom and practical activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Food Technology.
  • Deliver curriculum objectives specific for Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Use relevant technology to support instruction and enhance student learning.
  • Assess and record students\' progress and provide grades and feedback.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the school\'s procedures and disciplinary systems.
  • Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
