Teacher of Food Technology London, Enfield

Prospero Teaching is working with an Ofsted rated Good secondary school who are looking to recruit a NQT or experienced Teacher of Food Technology. We are looking for a Teacher of Food Technology who can start in a thriving and supportive school based in Enfield, North London.

This position is starting January 2026 (or sooner) and is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. The ideal Teacher of Food Technology will be creative, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons as part of a successful Design & Technology faculty.

You will be required to deliver excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition. This is a large, mixed secondary school with excellent facilities, including fully equipped food technology rooms and strong departmental support.

The school prides itself on creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to develop essential life skills and a passion for food and nutrition. They also offer a range of free CPD and in‑school training opportunities to support teacher development.
