What you'll do:

• Prepare and present food to company standards.
• Provide a friendly and efficient service to all customers.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Support service delivery improvements and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and health & safety policies.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and daily temperature checks.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Undertake training and support cover during holidays or absences.

What you'll bring:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a catering or food service environment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 certification desirable
• High standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
