A popular food service chain in the United Kingdom is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to supervise staff and ensure high quality food and service. Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

  • 3‑4 people
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
