Role Overview

Being a brand ambassador by being a warm and friendly Partner who provides a consistently outstanding customer experience that is unrivalled in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Resolving guest queries/complaints at the first point of contact.
2. Interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge on drinks and food.
3. Food service: serving guest orders from the kitchen to the table, clearing tables daily, and conducting weekly hygiene checks.
4. Cleaning down and resetting rooms for the next service.
5. Knowledge of wine/drinks, serving coffee, etc., with training provided.
6. Assisting with housekeeping: stripping rooms after guests depart, changing towels and linen, remaking beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning.
7. Managing laundry: bagging up for supplier cleaning.
8. Occasional kitchen portering: operating the dishwasher and storing kitchen/dining items.
9. Knowledge of chemicals and compliance with food safety regulations (training provided).

Minimum Requirements

• Self-motivated and industrious.
• Basic knowledge of IT & POS systems and ability to use standard software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
