Job summary

AJ Group Services Ltd is seeking a friendly Front of House Catering Assistant to join our busy catering outlet in London. You will help with customer service, serving food and drinks, and operating the till during a fast-paced lunch service.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00am–3:00pm, totaling 20 hours per week. Full training is provided, and you should enjoy working as part of a team while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a busy environment.
• Training provided; prior catering or till experience is helpful.

Key responsibilities:

• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Serving food and drinks
• Taking payments and operating the tills
• Keeping the front-of-house area clean, tidy and well presented
• Restocking food, drinks and service areas when required
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive catering team
