Overview

Food Service Assistant – Crewe - Part time. 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 2:30pm. £12.60 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package. Full uniform and training provided. Free parking onsite. Opportunities for career development.

What you'll do
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation following company standards
  • Deliver efficient, friendly service across all catering areas
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including equipment and work areas
  • Serve customers at counters, promote sales and service excellence
  • Accurately complete all service-related documentation
  • Operate tills and manage stock on service counters/chilled decks
  • Check and record food temperatures and deliveries
  • Support vending machine maintenance and replenishment
  • Carry out general cleaning duties, including kitchenware, floors, and surfaces
  • Attend and support special functions, including some outside of regular hours
  • Report incidents, complaints, or issues promptly
  • Cover other areas as required during staff absence
