Job summary

Dunbia in Dungannon seeks a Compliance Manager to drive food safety and quality initiatives across the business, ensuring regulatory expectations are met while protecting brand reputation.

You will manage customer-specific compliance for key accounts, lead allergen and risk assessments, maintain documentation, and oversee testing data via the FIIN portal.

The role requires a food safety/quality background and strong communication and planning skills to deliver improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Safety and Quality or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, TACCP/VACCP, risk assessments, health and safety and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-specific compliance across key retail accounts.
• Own supplier food safety risk assessments and six/annual reviews.
• Lead allergen and ingredient risk assessments.
• Maintain and control compliance documentation.
• Update TACCP and product risk assessments.
• Oversee compliance testing and FIIN data portal records.
