Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD's Apple Way site in Spalding is seeking a Strategic Quality & Compliance Leader to drive quality, food safety and certification performance across the operation. You will lead the Quality Team and Production Management, shaping strategy, coaching managers, and ensuring actions from audits and inspections are completed.

This role emphasizes ownership, continuous improvement, and customer focus to protect brand integrity and meet regulatory and certification

Qualifications

• Lead the Quality Team and Production Management to achieve high performance.
• Maintain quality, compliance and product management structures aligned with business needs.
• Develop talent, succession plans and training to support future needs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic quality and compliance leadership for site.
• Develop and deliver the site’s quality strategy and align with objectives.
• Govern HACCP, TACCP, traceability, hygiene and quality management systems.
• Lead audits and customer/commercial certifications and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, labelling, waste reduction and efficiency.
