Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, ideally bakery or similar.
• Ability to carry out line checks for weight, temperature and coding.
• Experience in conducting audits related to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Audit production and storage areas for hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor and record CCP and CP checks in line with HACCP requirements.
• Report non-conformances and support corrective actions.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, BRCGS, retailer standards)

Clear and constructive communication skills

Strong organisation, record‑keeping, and time management

Understanding of hygiene, allergen management, and good manufacturing practices

Proactive, collaborative approach

HACCP Level 2 or 3
