Food Runner. British restaurant, high volume (over 400 covers a day). Around 40‑45 hours a week. Must have some experience as Food Runner or Commis Waiter in a busy restaurant and ideally in fine dining. Must be well presented (no visible tattoos), have a good level of spoken English, be proactive, quick and organised, able to work well under pressure, and a team player.
