Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP principles and willingness to complete Intermediate Food Hygiene training.
• Experience working to product specifications for raw materials or finished goods.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Previous experience in a food production, warehouse, or quality control environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and record the quality of raw materials and dispatched goods against specifications.
• Verify product labelling, packaging, and documentation for customer orders.
• Check that cleaning, hygiene, and stock rotation procedures are followed correctly.
• Carry out pre-use checks on facilities and equipment such as cold stores and scales.
• Ensure all site hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
• Maintain accurate and complete QC records.
• Support the Technical and Warehouse teams in improving product quality.

Skills
