This hands-on role involves supporting the Technical Manager and collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with BRC standards. The ideal candidate will have strong HACCP knowledge and experience in internal auditing, alongside exceptional communication and organizational skills. This position requires someone proactive and confident when liaising with both customers and suppliers. Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working to BRC standards is essential.
• Strong HACCP knowledge, qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in internal auditing.
• Strong technical understanding in a similar environment.
• Proactive and confident when liaising with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Manager and technical team in delivery.
• Act as a contact point for customers and suppliers.
• Lead supplier relationship management.
• Ensure supplier compliance and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support supplier visits when required.
• Ensure work meets BRC and site-specific standards.
