Pilgrims invites applications for Production Operatives and Skilled Operatives at our Attleborough site in Norfolk. You will work on the production line, producing and packaging products to high standards and following customer specifications.

Shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off. Rates start from £13.60 per hour for production roles and £14.19–£15.26 per hour for skilled roles. Join a dynamic team committed to food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• In duty you may be required to perform manual handling tasks on the line.
• Operatives must work to production targets while following HS and food safety standards.
• Experience on a production line in a food manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce and package products to high standards according to customer specifications.
• Operate on the production line and support skilled operatives as required.
• Adhere to company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
