Job Title: Food Production Operator

Location: Llantrisant

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (plus £1.20 per hour night shift uplift)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shifts
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am (night shift with uplift)
About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing site in the Llantrisant area. This is a hands-on role working as part of a fast-paced production team, ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed to high quality and hygiene standards.

This position offers long-term opportunities and can lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a production line handling food products
  • Packing, labelling, and inspecting products
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
  • Following all health & safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Cleaning down equipment and work areas as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced production line

  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights
