Job summary

Gap Personnel are recruiting for a Food Production Operator – Days at Yeo Valley, Cannington. This is a temporary ongoing role with a 12-hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Pay rate ranges £13.53–£18.00 per hour, with immediate starts available. You will help run the production line, ensure products are made safely and on time, and support packing, quality checks, and housekeeping in a busy food production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line to assist with food production.
• Pack products safely and accurately.
• Check that processes run smoothly and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and raise issues to the team promptly.

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Food Production Operator – Daysto join the team at Yeo Valleyin Cannington. These roles are available with immediate starts.

As a Food Production Operator - Days, you will be helping with the day-to-day running of the production line, making sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Working on the line and helping with food production
• Packing products correctly and safely
• Checking that everything is running as it should
• Keeping your area clean and organised
• Letting the team know if there are any issues

What we are looking for:

• Able to work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• Happy to do manual work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food production experience is helpful, but not essential

Training and development:

Full training will be provided by Yeo Valley, with opportunities for ongoing support and development.
