2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting General Operatives for the Grimsby Recipe Dish site, the sole supplier of fresh and chilled soups for M&S. This fast-paced site employs around 250 people and turns over roughly £30 million annually.

The role focuses on food safety, housekeeping, and packaging quality in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have basic English and Maths, with training provided for Food Safety and Health & Safety Level 2.

Qualifications

• Basic English and Maths proficiency.
• Food Safety Level 2 – training will be provided.
• Health & Safety Level 2 – training will be provided.
