Overview

The Best Connection is working with our client who are a leading UK bakery chain. Due to increased workload they now have a requirement for Production Operatives to work at their site in Seaham. The roles are being offered on an ongoing temporary basis - with the potential of a number of months.

Responsibilities
  • Packing frozen goods
  • Labelling and packaging
  • Working in a chilled area
Candidate
  • Ideally previous experience of working in a food production environment
  • A level 2 food hygiene certificate would be an advantage however we can pay for your qualification
Hours of work
  • Shift one: Dayshift: Monday - Friday 6.30am - 14.30pm
  • Shift two: Working on a rotating 3 shift pattern Monday - Friday:
  • Early shift: 06.15am - 14.30pm
  • Late shift: 14.15pm - 22.30pm
  • Night shift: 22.15pm - 06.30am
Rates of pay
  • Hours worked between 06.00am - 18.00pm: £12.21 per hour
  • Hours worked between 18.00pm - 06.00am: £13.21 per hour
