Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE is seeking a Food Production Operative in the Greater London area to help mix, process and package our doughnuts. You’ll join a fast-paced team in a standalone factory or a theatre store, learning the doughnut‑making process and contributing to fresh production.

No baking experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll work flexible shifts across 7 days, stay on your feet, and enjoy benefits as you build a career with Krispy Kreme.

Responsibilities

• Mixing up big batches of dough (bags of flour can weigh 25kg).
• Help run the production line: proofing, frying, finishing doughnuts.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy; end-of-day cleaning.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on consistency and quality.
• Be part of a close-knit team that has fun while working.

In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world‑famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut‑making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.
