Job summary

Valeo Foods UK in Gateshead is recruiting for a production operative to join a hardworking, friendly team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6 till 6). Full training and a comprehensive induction are provided. You will follow SOPs and help produce our products to high standards while maintaining a clean, safe production area.

We value a positive, can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with others. Desirable factory experience is welcome, with training available as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, enthusiastic team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
• Positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
• Proven attendance and timekeeping record.
• Desirable: previous factory experience; training provided.

• Follow SOPs and produce the required product to a high standard.
• Producing the required product to our high standards.
• Attention to detail when data inputting.
• Maintaining a clean production environment.
• To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently.
• Comply with food safety standards, quality and legality.

Job Description

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (6 till 6) - combination of days and night shifts

Salary: £26,876.87 per annum
