Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join our team in Iver. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and handled to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Please note that this is a fast-paced working environment.

Location

Iver, Buckinghamshire

Pay rate is £12.21 per hour

Shifts

Various Shifts Patterns available below:

  • 06:00 AM - 14:00 PM
  • 07:00 AM -15:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM -18:00 PM
  • 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Support team members with daily tasks and ensure efficient shift transitions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
  • Flexibility to work alternating shifts as required.

  • Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for extended periods and some lifting.
