Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work at our client's busy meat manufacturing site, in Bugle.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available at this site and paid at £18 per hour. Higher-paying roles are available for those with previous Production Line Leader or Despatch Operative experience or equivalent.
The hours of work available are:
12-hour weekend day shifts are available!
There is also a 12-hour shift available as a Processing Operative, 6:25am to 6:30pm. We can offer flexible shifts to those who require this; speak to our team to find out more. Students and candidates aged 18 and above are welcome!
As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:
There will be an expectation of the delivery of key targets in your area.
Our perfect Production Operative will be comfortable with handling raw meat and able to lift produce in excess of 5kg in weight. You will be positive, flexible and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality. You will be able to follow instructions and procedures accurately and consistently and have the ability to carry out physical tasks. Basic English language skills are mandatory. Experience working as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
