Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE in Rochdale is seeking a Food Processing Operative to help craft our iconic doughnuts. You will mix ingredients, fill, decorate and boxing by hand daily in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with high standards for quality and food safety.

You should be flexible to work an 8 hour day and be available Monday to Sunday. We offer paid training from day one, an inclusive team, development opportunities and employee discounts, plus pension, holiday pay and wellbeing support.

What Will I Do As a Food Processing Operative

You’ll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work, in a fast‑paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.

What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Operative:

• Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements
• Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
• Quality focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
