Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting a Food Packer in Wigan, Greater Manchester. The role offers excellent rates and ongoing work within a busy food production environment, with full training provided and on-site parking.

Ideal candidates may have prior experience as Food Production Operative or Manufacturing Operative. The position runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with weekly pay and long‑term opportunities for development.

• Ensuring all packages are correctly sealed and prepared for dispatch.
• Carrying out quality checks where required.
• Following all Health and Safety and food hygiene procedures.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Food Packer to join our well-established client based in Wigan, Greater Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy food production environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative or Manufacturing Operative.

Rates of Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties

Your duties as a Food Packer are:

• Packing products accurately and efficiently to meet production targets
