• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7.
• Ability to work AM, PM, or night shifts.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Job description

FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – TW4 Area

Pay: £12.21 per hour. Full-time only. All shifts available. Excellent working environment with free breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks while on shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food production machinery and handle raw materials.
• Prepare, portion, sort, and pack food products according to specifications, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety protocols.
• Work across different areas including production, packing, equipment preparation, or dishwashing if required.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Work efficiently to meet targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Valid ID (passport) and right to work in the UK.
• 5 years of references.
• Recent DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to work AM, PM, or night shifts.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling duties.
