The Excavator is a landmark pub near Belper in Derbyshire, operated in partnership with Marston's Pub Partnerships. It features an open dining area and a wraparound patio, with strong potential to grow through food, events and community-led activity.

The next operator will transition from a Signature offer to a community food model, expanding regular events, increasing dwell time and strengthening local ties through live music and family days.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-led pub hospitality and community engagement.
• Ability to grow sales through events and local marketing.
