Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Food Science, Food Technology, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and health and safety in the Food Academy.
• Demonstrate in laboratory practical classes and operate instrumentation as required.
• Provide induction, training, and technical support to students and staff.
