A leading beverage company in Foots Cray is offering a four-year apprenticeship program in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance. This opportunity includes hands-on experience, studying while working, and support from skilled team members. Candidates will receive on-the-job training, earn a Level 3 apprenticeship, and start with a salary of £26,425 along with excellent benefits. All backgrounds are welcomed, and no prior experience is required.

If you enjoy hands‑on work and want to improve your technical skills while studying for a Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance qualification, this programme might be perfect for you. You’ll have the chance to study while working with our skilled team members, receiving on‑the‑job coaching and learning opportunities, all while earning an academic qualification.
No previous technical experience is necessary; we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and motivated to grow in this role.
The first five months will be a full‑time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. After this residential phase, you’ll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on‑the‑job learning.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English. We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.
You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.

Your starting salary for the program is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.
