If you enjoy hands‑on work and want to improve your technical skills while studying for a Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance qualification, this programme might be perfect for you. You’ll have the chance to study while working with our skilled team members, receiving on‑the‑job coaching and learning opportunities, all while earning an academic qualification. No previous technical experience is necessary; we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and motivated to grow in this role. Our 2026 apprenticeship programme is open and waiting for your application.

Programme Highlights
  • A four‑year programme that immerses you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and an educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months are a full‑time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP.
  • After this residential phase, you return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue on‑the‑job learning.
  • Upon successful completion, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
  • Your starting salary is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.
  • Benefits include 25 days of annual leave (with an option to purchase up to 10 additional days), a pension scheme, access to 24/7 Wellbeing programmes (Employee Assistance Program and Doctor Care Anywhere), and flexible benefits to suit your needs.
What We Expect

We expect you to have:

  • At least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • An interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the programme and become an accomplished engineer.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
