Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:
  • A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. After this residential phase, you'll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
  • Your starting salary for the program is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.

What we expect from you:
  • We expect you to have at least National 5 qualifications in Maths and English at grade C or above (desirable). We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.
  • You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.
