A leading research and development organization in the Cotswolds seeks a candidate for a role supporting food and beverage product development. Supporting food manufacturers and retailers with product innovation including: rheology, new product development, value optimisation, instructional development, pilot plant, quality and food safety manufacturing, thermal processing, new technologies, and regulatory affairs.
Here at Campden BRI, the aim of the Product and Ingredient Development Team is to provide world class research and development support to the food and beverage industry. A key focus is helping clients to bring innovative products to market in an efficient yet safe manner. The team also provides technical training and support to the industry.
This role supports this through the delivery of research and development projects and training activities, particularly within the bakery category. The role will involve practical product developments and ingredient testing, using laboratory and pilot plant equipment as well as desk-based activities.
