Job summary

Dumbleton Hall's Breakfast Restaurant is looking for a team member to deliver warm, polished morning service in a historic setting. You will welcome guests by name, seat them thoughtfully, and collaborate with the kitchen to start each day smoothly.

Hours are 7:00 am–4:00 pm, five days a week, with an early-morning schedule. Hospitality experience is valued but not essential; the right character and dedication to guest delight are what we seek.

Qualifications

• Warm, genuine hospitality and guest-focused approach.
• Able to deliver attentive breakfast service with polish.
• Strong teamwork and communication with kitchen and front-of-house.
• Reliability and willingness to work early mornings.

Each morning, our Breakfast Restaurant sets the tone for the day: fires lit, tables laid, and guests welcomed into a room that feels as gracious as it does warm.

We are looking for a passionate Breakfast Restaurant team member to help bring this story to life, every morning, for every guest.

The Role

• Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Location: Dumbleton Hall, in the heart of the Cotswolds

You will be at the centre of our guests' first impression each day — welcoming them by name, anticipating their needs, and delivering breakfast service that feels personal, polished, and effortless. From the first cup of coffee to the last table cleared, you help set the standard for the whole house.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality
