Job summary

A local hospitality training provider is seeking Food & Beverage Hospitality Team Member Apprentices to join their team. This role requires serving food and beverages, managing payments, and assisting in a fast-paced front-of-house operation. No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates will be 17+, eager to learn, and ready to commit to a flexible 30-hour week. The position offers long-term career development in the hospitality sector, along with the opportunity to achieve a Level 2 qualification.

About the Role

We’re looking for Food & Beverage Hospitality Team Member Apprentices to serve food and beverages to customers, take payments, clear tables, replenish sauces and support a fast‑moving front‑of‑house operation. No experience is required – if you have the right attitude, the Farmers can teach you everything from carrying three plates to pouring the perfect pint.

Entry Requirements

Things to Consider
  • Hospitality roles can be physically demanding with prolonged periods on your feet
  • Full‑time role requiring flexibility with hours over a 7‑day period (some late shifts may be required)
  • Contracted hours will be 30 per week
  • Start as soon as possible
