Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Nantwich, offering live‑in accommodation and a starting rate of £14.30 per hour plus service charge. The role is full‑time, 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week, with weekend on a rota and excellent colleague benefits, including meals on shift and staff training.

What will the role involve?

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in our luxury hotel, you will ensure the bar is impeccably presented and maintained to brand standards, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your mixology expertise will be central to the role, enabling you to craft refined cocktails, uphold signature serves, and contribute to a distinctive and memorable drinks offering.

You will support the smooth running of the department by sharing ideas, embracing new ways of working, and taking ownership of your responsibilities with professionalism and initiative. A strong understanding of our wine list, stock levels, grape varieties, and flavour profiles will help you deliver informed recommendations and elevate the guest experience through thoughtful food‑and‑wine pairing.

Above all, you will bring enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality, helping to create the polished, luxurious environment that defines our brand.

This is a full‑time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
