Radisson Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a food and beverage supervisor for Green Hotel to lead the bar and dining team, ensuring smooth service and memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee catering operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage rosters and coordinate with colleagues to meet hotel targets while maintaining high standards of hospitality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the Bar, where all aspects of the guest service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Supports the delivery on plans and objectives where initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
• Supervises the bar team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Supports the delivery of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
