ibis Styles London Gatwick is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B operation and work closely with reception as one team. You will manage shifts from early mornings to evenings, ensuring guests feel welcomed from arrival and throughout their stay.

The role involves coaching colleagues, delivering memorable guest experiences, and applying wine and cocktail knowledge to impress. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential in a lively hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of food and beverage experience with team leading responsibilities.
• Confidence in leading and motivating a team.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge.
• Wine and cocktail knowledge would be a big plus.
• Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including weekends.

Food and Beverage Supervisor - ibis Styles London Gatwick

At ibis Styles, we believe staying somewhere should feel as good as it looks. We are all about personality, creativity and great vibes, and now we are looking for a positive and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to bring their style to our team at ibis Styles London Gatwick.

What Is The Role All About

You will be hands on, leading our food and beverage operation while working closely with reception as one happy team. From early coffees to evening cocktails, you will support the team, keep service flowing and make sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. This role includes a mix of early and late shifts, working five shifts per week, including weekends.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the food and beverage team during busy and varied shifts

Pay and hours

£27,500.00 to £28,500.00 per year depending on experience, based on 40 hours per week.
