Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the F&B team to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and innovation
  • Oversee multiple outlets including fine dining, bars, and event catering
  • Ensure cost control and profitability through effective supplier partnerships
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events Team to deliver memorable culinary and private dining experiences
  • Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
About You
  • Senior F&B management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or premium venue
  • A strong operational leader with a hands‑on approach and a passion for mentoring
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality service while managing budgets and KPIs
  • Commercially savvy—comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and driving revenue
  • Familiarity with systems like HOTSoft or Volante (desirable)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends and luxury service expectations
