A key leadership position within a well-established and respected hotel has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager. Your role will be to lead the busy restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations of this well-established hotelThis is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of a diverse, high-volume F&B department and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.As an F and B Manager, you will oversee all F and B outlets, ensuring high service standards, excellent product quality, and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead and inspire a large team, work closely with the Head Chef, and drive both the commercial and guest-experience performance of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
  • Train, motivate, and develop the F&B team; promote a positive and engaged service culture.
  • Manage department budgets, costs, and KPIs; ensure profitability across all outlets.Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service; manage feedback and escalate issues where needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee stock control, supplier management, and inventory accuracy.
  • Work with Sales/Events teams to deliver successful weddings, banquets, and corporate events.
  • Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and F&B-focused campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel.
  • Previous experience using an HR system is desirable but not essential.
  • Food and beverage experience in a hotel.
