Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashford, at Champneys Eastwell Manor Hotel & Spa. The food and beverage duty manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing and motivating team members, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing product and service quality, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth. Collaboration with other departments to meet the hotel's standards and enhance guest experience will be essential.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in People Management and Communication to lead a team effectively and maintain a cohesive working environment.
  • Experience in managing Inventory effectively to ensure stock availability and operational efficiency.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or similar guest-facing role is an advantage.
