Hyatt Hotels Manchester is launching its Corporate Management Training (CMT) Programme, a comprehensive hotel management track designed to equip you with skills and real-world experience to become a future hotel leader. You’ll specialize in Food & Beverage.

The 12-month program includes a 10-month core specialization in Food & Beverage, followed by 2 months across other departments, with mentorship, leadership development, and a customised training plan.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field.
• Language: good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage.
• Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness.

What You’ll Experience: Programme Highlights

• Technical Skills Module: Develop a strong foundation in the key technical skills and operational procedures within your chosen area of specialisation, either Rooms or Food & Beverage.
• Management Module: Step into managerial responsibilities, gaining practical experience in leading teams, managing resources and driving performance.
• Rotation Module: Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations through exposure to other key departments outside your area of specialisation.
• Leadership Development: Participate in team‑leading tasks, management projects and various leadership programmes.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assigned programme managers and mentors to guide your development.
• Customised Training Plan: You will receive a personalised training plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

• Department: Food & Beverage, depending on your preferred area of specialisation
• Programme structure: 10 months specialising in either Food & Beverage, followed by 2 months of exposure across other key hotel departments.
