Job summary

Gidleigh Park, part of Andrew Brownsword Hotels, seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant on site at its Devon estate on the edge of Dartmoor. You will join a team servicing a Michelin-starred restaurant and 24 bedrooms, working with both front and back of house to create memorable guest experiences while learning the menu and supporting colleagues across departments.

We welcome applicants with no experience; attitude and personality are valued, and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with front of house and back of house to ensure guests have a wonderful time and memorable experiences.
• Learn the menu to advise guests when asked for help.
• Be flexible across departments and help out where needed to keep the team running smoothly.
