Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn essential skills and grow within the company.

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings/evenings & weekends).
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are greeted by name and give personalized service.
• Knowledge of food and wine with the ability to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.

Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job:
