An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner service and providing great service that makes the guest experience truly memorable. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a can‑do attitude and a commitment to making a difference. We are happy to discuss individual weekly hours and requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional levels of service to all guests, responding to requests and complaints in a timely manner and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Preparing outlets for service and ensuring the operation is left ready for the next shift
  • Taking beverage orders, preparing and serving drinks as requested, paying attention to detail
  • Assisting with the receiving and storage of goods
  • Maintaining good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
  • Assisting with cellar operations
  • Assisting with the preparation of a food and beverage functions service
  • Cleaning equipment and maintaining glassware and china for service
  • Preparing waiter service stations and tables
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, including wearing a clean uniform at all times
  • Following all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, including cash handling and credit procedures
  • Being aware of and following all Health and Safety procedures
  • Performing any other reasonable tasks as specified by the manager

Job Details
