IKEA Manchester is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our friendly team. You will help deliver excellent customer experiences, serve customers, operate the restaurant, and support colleagues during busy periods.

You must be 18+ and available to work 12–16 hours per week, including some weekends, with shifts between 8am and 10pm. We offer a range of benefits including discount, life assurance, pension contributions and paid leave.

IKEA Manchester are looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our delightful and friendly team.

Due to health & safety for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start date of employment will be: 2nd of December 2026
• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• 12 to 16 hours weekly, working between 2 to 4 days over 7, 3 out of 4 weekends.
• Option to work weekend only on a 12 hour contract.
• Working hours are between the hours of 8am to 10pm

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Food and customer service experience can be beneficial, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a readiness to be actively involved in the work.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
