Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. Applicants must be aged 18 or over as the role involves serving alcohol, and prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Live-in accommodation is not available.

You will take orders, serve beverages and meals in both the bar and restaurant, and ensure high standards of hygiene and customer care. Training on allergens and safety will be provided to help you excel.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders.
• Serve liquor from the bar and to tables.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in the bar and restaurant.
• Maintain hygiene standards across designated areas.
• Be aware of allergens and food intolerances (training will be provided).
• Address guest requests professionally.
• Support health and safety and fire safety standards.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas.
2. Taking food and beverage orders
3. Serving liquor from the bar and to the tables
4. Serving food and beverage to customers in both our bar and restaurant
5. Knowledge of allergens and food intolerances - training will be given
6. Deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
7. Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
