Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Blackrod team in the United Kingdom. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments, while helping to keep the dining area clean and inviting.

No prior F&B experience is required, but you should be passionate about guest experience and aligned with our brand standards. You will work with a supportive team and may have flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is not essential, but you should be passionate about guest experience and living through brand standards.
• You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Assistant you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?
