Food Auditor : Nationwide (QSR Indian Concept) Salary: up to A GBP 38,000 + company card + fuel card (for business and personal use) Location: Field:based, nationwide

An exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand specialising in Indian street food. The company has recently secured significant investment to support rapid expansion across the UK. This is a great time to join and grow with them.

The Role

You will be responsible for conducting regular audits across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, and brand standards. You’ll help maintain consistency across all stores, supporting managers and teams to achieve five‑star audits and uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits covering health and safety, food hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, including recipes, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
  • Support site teams during EHO visits and internal inspections.
  • Identify gaps in compliance and help implement corrective training plans.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across menu items nationwide.
About You

Background as a General Manager or Head Chef in a QSR or casual dining environment.

Strong understanding of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and EHO compliance.

Experience or exposure to Indian cuisine.

Confident communicator with a pragmatic approach to multi‑site operations.

Auditing Or Training Experience Is An Advantage (not Essential)

Full UK driving licence.
