A leading entertainment company in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead staff and ensure excellent service. This role requires experience in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of food safety. The successful candidate will oversee operations, resolve customer issues, and maintain inventory. This is a full-time position with possible unsociable hours.

The Food & Beverage Supervisors support F&B Customer Service Managers (CSM) in driving an efficient and profitable food and beverage operation. The F&B Supervisor is accountable for supporting the CSMs in the responsibility of the daily operations of the business that prepare and serve food and drinks (kitchen valet and bars) to the external and internal customer base. The role has responsibility for supervision of quality control staff engagement staff productivity inventory and health and safety compliance. The vision of the role is focused on supporting the management team in maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction.
Please note we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team you may be required to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends.
