Food and Beverage Director : Entertainment Venues, North West, A GBP 65k : A GBP 75k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Director to oversee food and beverage operations across a portfolio of entertainment venues. This role will drive commercial performance, enhance guest experience, and leading strategy and future planning across high:volume operations from fast:paced bars to premium hospitality.

The Role
  • Oversee F and B operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency and excellence in service
  • Drive commercial performance with a focus on profitability and spend per head
  • Lead and motivate venue teams, fostering a culture of ownership and guest delight
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus, premium formats, and pre:order services
  • Optimise efficiency, labour planning, and service flow using data and insight
  • Evolve the food and drink range to reflect guest trends and expectations
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to deliver growth initiatives
Experience
  • Leadership experience in high:volume Food and Beverage environments or large:scale hospitality
  • Strong commercial acumen with P and L ownership
  • Passion for guest experience and innovation in F and B
  • Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams
  • Data:driven mindset, able to turn insight into action
